Fees & Costs

Attorney’s Fees
We handle most cases on a contingency fee basis, which simply means that if your claim is not successful, End, Hierseman & Crain does not get paid for the time spent pursuing your case. You also have the option of paying our attorney’s fees on an hourly basis.

Costs
End, Hierseman & Crain advances the total cost of case preparation up front. If your case is not successful, you are responsible for repaying all costs expended by End, Hierseman & Crain in your case.
