J. Michael End

Mike End is widely recognized by his peers as one of Wisconsin’s top medical malpractice lawyers.  Since beginning his practice in 1973, Mike has developed a reputation as a fearless advocate for injured patients.

Mike is a long-time member of the Wisconsin Association for Justice, currently serving as president elect.  He will be president in 2010-2011.  He is a member of the Wisconsin chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates, serving as its president in 2001.  Mike has been a frequent lecturer before those organizations, as well as the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Office of Judicial Education, the Milwaukee Bar Association, and Marquette University Law School.

Mike was identified by his peers as one of Milwaukee’s best lawyers in 2003, and selected as a Super Lawyer each year from 2005-2009.  In 2000, Mike End was the first recipient of the Robert L. Habush Trial Lawyer of the Year award presented by the Wisconsin Association for Justice.

Jerome A. Hierseman

Jerry Hierseman graduated from Marquette University Law School in 1986 and he devotes his practice to representing individuals in medical malpractice and injury cases across the state.  Jerry is a member of the Wisconsin Association for Justice, the Milwaukee and Racine County Bar Associations, and in 2009, accepted an invitation to become a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.  He has argued a number of cases before the Wisconsin Supreme Court on behalf of severely injured clients.  He is also a member of the United States Court of Federal Claims, which is the forum for pursuing vaccination injury claims.  Jerry was selected a Super Lawyer from 2006-2009.

Shawn R. Crain

Shawn Crain has been successfully representing injured individuals throughout the state of Wisconsin since beginning his practice in 1985.  A cum laude graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School, Shawn is a member of the American Association for Justice, Wisconsin Association of Justice, Wisconsin State Bar and Milwaukee and Waukesha County Bar Associations.  He concentrates his practice on representing individuals injured as a result of medical malpractice or through the conduct of others.  He was selected as a 2008 Super Lawyer by his peers.  Shawn is a tireless advocate for the rights of injured individuals.
